Ugh, this game is a total mess. Completely wasted time.

I'm really frustrated with my recent three games. The balance feels off completely. Infantry rockets seem way stronger than guided missiles from those jets. In my last match, six players used stinger missiles. These are handheld anti-air weapons that deal 35 damage to enemy aircraft. They have heat seeking, a 300m lock-on range, and unlimited tracking distance. The other one is the igla, which also has a 300m range but needs constant locking to hit targets. You'd expect the igla to be more effective, but it actually has less range and less damage because each missile must be locked individually. The stinger can carry up to eight missiles and takes three hits to take down any aircraft. It reloads twice as quickly as the igla. As a pilot, anyone with a stinger on the ground can easily destroy you. In fact, the stinger deals 35 damage while an AA missile maxes out at 25. Your expensive jet still loses out against a shoulder-mounted rocket launcher! The scout helicopter has twin 20mm machine guns and an attack helicopter uses rockets. The 20mm guns destroy helicopters but need eight hits to kill, whereas the AA missile does the job faster. The attack helicopter is slower and bigger than the scout, winning about 99% of the time. Tanks aren't intimidating and are usually easy targets. Sabot tanks require a direct hit to be killed. The IFV’s 25mm cannon needs four hits, but an AA cannon acts like a laser, destroying aircraft just like it should. All this makes everything vulnerable. Scout helicopters hurt ships, people, and vehicles, but not tanks—why? Boats have more armor than tanks! INRV is effective, seeing through smoke, and can cover the map. When an entire enemy team uses smoke, you’re left in a tough spot. Make it impossible to see through smoke. Tanks should be hard to hit, but they’re still vulnerable. Active protection would help, but it’s currently disabled. The attack jet stops mid-flight when firing the TV missile. How can we fix this game?
Well then, since we're discussing Battlefield 4, obviously it's not great. What were you hoping for? The next Battlefield 2? That's why I stick to BF3 for the infantry. All the rest is terrible.
Avoid engaging. The issues you mentioned have straightforward fixes within the game. @ ShiftHitTheFan If we don’t, the TV Missles would become extremely powerful without that key weakness in attack jets. It’s a quick one-shot elimination.
Keep your fingers crossed for Star Wars Battlefront—hope it lives up to the hype
A pilot can launch two 25-dmg missiles rapidly, totaling around 50 to 35 ground units plus any unguided AA firepower. 2. the attack helicopter features a 30mm gun for the gunner; why would you consider a helo pilot lacking a gunner as more effective than a lone scout? 3. sabot isn't explosive, but its high speed makes it preferable to AP against infantry. 4. this isn't a realistic simulation— a sniper rig with .50 ammo is a one-hit wonder, whereas a vehicle-mounted .50 isn't. Balance™. 5. yes. 6. vessels lack substantial armor and only damage tanks unless you mean their miniguns, which are 7.62mm like machineguns that don’t harm vehicles—so it’s surprising they even dent them. 7. that discussion is being handled on CTE at the moment, so relax. 8. using flares against tanks and IFVs frustrates me constantly; in my experience, IFVs are fairer against infantry. 9. they maintained a straight course head-on, which seems unusual.
