I set up a live USB using Ubuntu 19.10, and it works without issues. To start it on my laptop, I had to turn off UEFI Boot and select the USB drive. It booted into Ubuntu as expected. However, when I chose the Windows 10 installation drive, it didn’t recognize the USB as a bootable option. After enabling UEFI Boot in BIOS, it worked fine for Windows but still couldn’t find the USB. I can switch between the two, but it’s quite inconvenient. Any suggestions or solutions would be appreciated.

With UEFI Boot activated, your USB device isn't listed as a bootable option.

Ensure your installation media is in DD format. Consider using Etcher if uncertain. Keep UEFI Boot enabled; disable Secure Boot only if necessary.

Just checking in with everyone (@NZgamer), during the setup I realized I didn’t create a partition for EFI.
