Verify presence of onboard audio using the command line. Execute 'aplay -l hwinfo --sound' to inspect details.

System is running properly now. The issue with installing the latest Ubuntu and Xubuntu 21.04 from a USB drive seems to occur only when using a flash drive. Booting from a DVD works fine, but the installation process takes a long time. The problem appears to be related to the USB flash drive rather than the operating systems themselves.

I use a tool like Rufus or WinRAR to create a bootable USB drive.
