For this purpose you can rely on Wine. Based on your requirements Wine should handle the job well. In the worst scenario you can still dual boot, and with SSD speeds you'll be ahead. I require no more than 30 to 40 seconds to change operating systems, and most of that time is spent in POST rather than real OS startup (it reminded me how much I wished for a 512Gb SSD under 150 euros).
