Hello, I'm using the Tinda router and Ubquiti Litebeam m5 connected to my local ISP. Recently, while watching YouTube videos, I noticed no ads appeared and issues occurred with any site that had ads. I'm not using an ad blocker, and even when trying to redirect to a retailer, it kept failing. I connected directly via Ethernet to the Litebeam using a POEE connection, but it didn't make a difference. I suspect the problem comes from the Litebeam M5 itself. Could someone assist me? I feel like something is being monitored on my Litebeam. All my home devices are affected, and both the router and Litebeam firmware are up to date. Thank you.

I haven't eliminated it just yet. If you're worried, try updating the router and adapter with fresh firmware. It's also possible your ISP is restricting Google Lead Services and other ad providers.

The Lightbeam M5 operates on a Linux or comparable system, and while additional software could theoretically be added, it’s unlikely to be the root cause of your problem—especially after attempting fresh firmware multiple times. I recommend reaching out to your local ISP to check if ad-blocking measures have been implemented.

Identifying the solution involved changing my username and password on my internet from litebeam to router mode, then switching to Tinda router in PPPoE mode. Thank you
