Ubisoft made another mistake.
I haven't purchased any Ubisoft titles since the Splinter Cell blacklist; their games aren't as enjoyable anymore. The story is weak, characters are poor, mechanics are bad, AI is flawed, playability is terrible, and optimization is lacking—so many issues... After trying The Witcher Three for the first time, Assassin's Creed left a strong impression on me.
With around 700 hours playing Rainbow Six Siege, UBI stands out as one of the most unstable studios out there. Server drops are common, bugs pile up quickly, and updates often bring more issues than fixes. Still, it's a beta version. The servers are likely packed, and pre-release flaws remain in the game.
Signed up ahead of time but didn’t receive a code. Hopefully I’ll land the R6S soon if it drops, since Wildlands doesn’t really stand out to me.
FPS dropped but I suspect the issue might be linked to the GPU fans not functioning properly, which could have slowed down my GPU significantly. While testing Inquisition, I loaded the OSD and noticed 89c was running high—wasn’t sure what caused it. MSI AB reset the fan curve and now everything is stopped. Hopefully my GPU wasn’t harmed. I plan to try GRW again later, but I’m worried it won’t perform well.
I just got a 1080 and received a free copy. I’ll likely hold off until I can play it, especially since ME3 is coming up soon.
