It's not about the words they use; what truly counts is their actions. If they manage a smooth rollout, that's a win. If not, I'd be concerned about those who purchased it.

I don't agree with that. Many titles release in beta and still turn out poorly. They should address the issues quickly.

That doesn't mean everyone shares the same view. I didn't enjoy that NFS and I couldn't play it smoothly at high speeds for a reason—perhaps something similar or even more serious could happen.
