The connection just below the ATX24 pin functions as a SATA port, and there are similar ports in the lower right area of the board.

It seems you have more SATA ports available. These could be used for external or specialized drives.

I notice those at the bottom right are marked as SATA, yet the higher ones lack that label and don’t appear online. There seem to be extra components on the PCB behind them that other ports don’t have. Perhaps testing a hard drive could confirm their functionality.

The specifications for GL12CP show USB 3.1 availability on the front panel, yet the listed connectors (gen 1 or gen 2) aren’t visible anywhere on the motherboard. It’s possible a custom connector was used instead.

If it was exclusive, the cable would have come with the case. They seem like standard SATA ports with nice branding. Testing a vintage SATA drive inside might reveal something in the BIOS.
