I've received a ticket since December 20th, but haven't heard back yet. It's been three weeks. *Note: I just got a reply recently and they fulfilled all my requests. Surprising!* I usually experience a 2- to 4-day wait, but three weeks is unusual. It's odd—what could have caused the delay?

Help is reliable for me. It usually takes a day or two for me. Most of the tickets I submitted got responses and even exchanges of skins.
