It's common for some cores in a 5900X to need a positive offset in the curve optimizer. Adjusting it helped when you ran heavier tasks, but issues persist with minimal workloads. Changing the offset to zero didn't resolve the problem, so flipping it back to positive 15 on several cores seems to be the solution now.

Check if your voltage is stable. Verify FCLK and memory OC status.

It seems the performance gain is overstated and your limits aren’t configured properly. You’re allowed to follow the motherboard specs, but you’ll likely only achieve around 50-100MHz stability.

I haven't changed the voltage or FCLK. I'm using the A-XMP profile 1 for memory. Should I adjust anything there? I configured PBO as Advanced with limits set to Manual (PPT=142, TDC=95, EDC=120). Apart from that, I set Curve Optimizer to Per Core and adjusted all cores to -15 initially. Did I miss something?
