Your PC's CPU temperature has risen noticeably, moving from around 40°C to about 60°C during idle. This increase is unusual and could indicate overheating. Such a high temperature may contribute to instability or crashes over time.

You likely require a meal to recharge Get thermal paste, take out your cooler, and refuel the IHS.

It's wiser to track the heat while loading and observe the temperature spikes during crashes. Idle readings offer little insight.

The heat in Asia and the Middle East is quite intense these days. Your room's temperature could be the issue. However, you're free to replace your thermal paste.

Assuming you haven't relocated your PC recently, a thorough cleaning and a new thermal paste application would help. Keep an eye on temperatures during intense tasks like gaming or heavy workloads.

The system has remained in the same spot for over eight years. I performed a stress test on the CPU, and temperatures stayed near the 90s. It failed once it hit around 97°C.

I simulated the CPU performance using Prime95. Temperatures stayed around 92-93°C. The system failed once temperatures hit roughly 96-97°C. P.S. I had a stock cooler running at about 2500 RPM (source: CPUID on the hardware monitor).

Reinstall the cooler using new paste. Wipe down the fans and all components. The system stops working due to overheating.
