The PC won't start and there are two yellow indicators on the PCI slots and along the back. I'm trying to figure out what they mean, but I've changed the power supply, memory modules, and reinserted the CPU—still no power. Could you help explain these lights better? My system specs are Intel i7-9700K, AMD Radeon 6600X, Windows 10 16 GB DDR4 SSD.

The KF will lack integrated graphics. The image you shared doesn’t show any graphics card on the motherboard. Since there’s no GPU detected, there’s no POST. Shift your right stick of RAM to a different slot so they’re spaced apart, reset the CMOS, install the GPU, and then proceed with the next steps.

The indicators are merely flashy, no fault message. Shift the right RAM stick a bit further to the right (last available position) to create space between slots. Retry then. More intriguing results would come from beep sequences.
