You’re facing a mix-up between hardware and software factors. The consistent ping and bandwidth suggest the network is fine. The game performance differences likely stem from the storage media—System A uses an SSD while System B’s SSD is outdated. This can affect load times and responsiveness even if the connection speed seems adequate. Make sure both systems are using the same OS version and that the game files are properly installed. If possible, test with a different storage device or update the OS to rule out compatibility issues.

Without noticeable ping spikes, a router problem seems improbable. Consider reinstalling your graphics and network drivers. Use a storage benchmark program such as Crystal Disk to verify the SSD is operating at its advertised speed.

Are you referring to lag caused by network delays such as players freezing mid-action or losing animation, or is it related to FPS issues where the entire game stalls?

exactly this, a few animations remain active but nothing progresses much, until then everything shifts suddenly. To be precise, the problem arose because these delays occur not just when only system A is running, but when both systems are active simultaneously during the same game instance, and only system A shows lag.

It would be helpful to reinstall the network interface drivers. I don’t think the other ideas he mentioned are necessary because your problem seems unrelated to graphics or storage issues.

Honestly I wasn't expecting the update to the network drivers to have worked, but the fact remains no lags since Friday. Thanks guys!
