I am using Verizon 5G for internet, which is really stable at about 300 megabytes per second. My graphics card is an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060. I have a lot of RAM (64 gigabytes) and a powerful CPU made by Intel with the i9-12900K chip that runs at 3.19 GHz speed. But I'm having a weird problem. One monitor is used for playing games like WoW, but no other problems happen there. The game feels fast and looks fine on it. However, when I use my second monitor to watch videos or play sports live, the video gets choppy and drops frames at times. It also shows lower quality. I thought I had turned off all graphics optimization in my settings, but I still have trouble with that stream. Is this a problem with my GPU? Thanks for taking a look!

So your internet plan is 300D/20U. When you're gaming, you mostly use the download speed and just a little bit of upload speed, but when you stream, you mainly use the upload part. To live stream in 1080p at 60fps, you need a steady 10 to 15 Mbps upload connection.
