Checking if the setup is brand new or has been modified recently helps determine if the issue stems from hardware or software. Have you made any recent changes to the system, either in hardware or software?

I designed the setup. It's roughly two to three days old. Only the fans were swapped into new connectors. I think the problem might be with the driver.

No antivirus program is typically needed. The issue often stems from network drivers, so try removing any possible drivers and see if the problem persists. BSODs can be challenging to resolve without direct system access.

Just turn it off and on again. Windows includes built-in Defender. It works perfectly, doesn’t slow anything down or cause problems. Someone else mentioned this issue was caused by Avast, but it might still help.

You just removed Avast. I’ll attempt to turn on Windows Defender. Edit—seems it’s already active. Thanks for the assistance! I’m hoping it works now.
