In theory it's possible, however, how quickly systems start up depends more on the BIOS than on Windows itself.

This could speed up your Windows startup. Factors influencing boot time include system configuration, hardware performance, and background processes.

SSD raids usually don’t noticeably change boot time. For quicker starts, Optane works better. Fewer components mean the BIOS can start faster. A modern setup can usually reach around 15 seconds for a boot. You probably don’t need anything faster than that. Check out this useful guide on boosting boot speed:

Why not just rest it then? It would be quicker to begin using it, and the software would stay active after the last session.

Just let the machine rest instead of powering it off.

Begin testing from a cold state for accurate benchmark results. If you're using a SATA drive, switching to an NVMe in the newest generation would likely improve speed. I don’t have the full details of your hardware.

What were you comparing? It seems you're noting a performance difference between SATA SSDs and an NVMe drive.

Some folks really care about how fast devices start up. I was considering the 980 Pro with PCIe 4.
