there’s no built-in way to enable borderless mode directly in the game without downloading a mod or using a third-party tool. For TF2, you can adjust launch options via the video settings, but for Far Cry 4, it’s only available on Uplay and not accessible through Steam Library. You can manually add it to your library by installing the mod yourself if you prefer.
I attempted to add a game by clicking "Add Game" in the lower left corner of Steam.
I managed to complete the task, discovered the executable for Far Cry and saved it. No one has a method to make payday borderless.
