How would you proceed? What equipment will you require and what can you anticipate with this configuration? I’d likely need a 1300 watt PSU, though they tend to cost more than two 750 watt units. Also, it doesn’t seem to matter, but if it does, I’ll be connecting a 1kW unit with a 650 watt one. Thanks everyone.

1X to 16X riser options available; you can save costs by opting for a cheap micro ATX board with two 8X or consider the ASUS X99-E WS.
A friend used four 450W PSUs and connected the green wire to the black wire pinout on the ASUS WS board, using a riser.

It's definitely feasible, but you'll need to "design" a mounting spot for the second PSU, since your case can only hold one. The issue lies in the hardware requirements of what you're using.

What power supplies do you currently have, and could you share your complete PC specifications?

The main focus is the 6x RX 480, and I require six molex and six 8-pin PCI-E connectors for it.

You require a Mobo for 6 480s, best of luck!
