Two problems at once!
Two problems at once!
I'm unsure if creating two threads is necessary since they apply to Windows 10. The main problem I face is that my PC stubbornly refuses to update. No matter what I do, it updates at around 70% and then says it can't finish, reverting changes instead. This clearly points to the underlying issue. Additionally, since I've been unable to update, the system insists I need to activate Windows, which limits my access to features. Right now, I'm stuck because the latest update requires activation. Current updates needed: Last updated: Second problem is that both my Windows and Ctrl keys are accidentally pressed. I've tried temporary solutions, but only one worked—pressing Win+, Ctrl+Alt+Delete. I stopped it by connecting both keyboards simultaneously, though this is inconvenient since my preferred keyboard becomes useless and I'm forced to use the other. I've also experimented with different keyboards, including unused ones, but nothing seems to resolve the issue. This is definitely a problem when my Windows keys are triggered randomly and part of my keyboard turns into a shortcut. It started after the updates as well. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Specs: Intel i7-9700K, Nvidia RTX 2070, 16GB DDR4

I believed I hadn't, but it turns out it's marked as a duplicate file.
The system has returned to operation. Error code 0xc004f015 was encountered.
I’m really confused about how I managed to get the PC, and once it was turned on, it stopped working properly—I don’t have any clear memory of what happened.
