It's essentially what the title describes. During a cold boot, only two of my three monitors activate. They start up but then stop displaying after roughly five seconds. If I power down right away and wait about two seconds before restarting, they come back without any problems. I've checked things like swapping cables, disabling HDCP, removing the graphics card, repositioning them, and even trying to turn the monitor on manually after it boots, but nothing shows up. It only works when it's cooler, not during hot summer months. The specs are: Ryzen 9 9950x3d X870 Aorus Elite Wifi7, G.Skill Trident Z5, Red Devil Radeon RX 7900 XTX, 1300W, Evga Supernova 80plus Gold.

What kind of cooler is installed on the CPU? If the temperature problem appears, it’s likely connected to the cooler, fans, and airflow in your setup.

It seems the problem isn't related to heat. With a 360mm radiator, I see around 43°C during idle and about 70°C under full load. It only occurs when starting up from cold, which suggests an overheating concern, or else it wouldn't boot reliably.

Consider removing your GPU and utilizing your CPU's IGPU.
