Take option B. You receive a more recent graphics card paired with an older CPU, giving you slightly more room for future upgrades.

I concur with @ragnarok0274. There isn't a significant performance gap between the 1660 SUPER and the RTX 2060. It would be better to opt for a more recent CPU.
