£117 for Corsair Vengeance LPX (CL18) – the best I could locate. £140 for Crucial Ballistix (CL16) – also the most affordable option. Should the price jump to 20% higher, is it really a significant upgrade? They’re also planning to pair these with an ASRock B550M Pro4, Ryzen 5 5600X, and RTX 3080. As a gamer at 1440p144, I’m curious about the value.

The variation is likely around 1-2%. I’d aim for 18 and adjust it.

As @HelpfulTechWizard said, there's a 2% performance difference between CL18 (£117) and the quicker CL16 (£140): https://www.guru3d.com/articles-pages/am...mes,7.html Bought the CL18, which is 20% cheaper than the CL16.
