It's just a brief mention of the speeds at which the sticks are rated. You can adjust them in BIOS, but the DRAM status remains unchanged—still showing 2133Mhz even if they're rated higher. The actual performance could differ. Also, when you manually set RAM to 2666Mhz, the CPUZ in the "Memory" section might display a different value.
It looks like the system is operating at 2666Mhz with a 1333MHz clock, and the DRAM rating is listed in the BIOS settings.
