On my personal machine, I own a 6800 xt, 5600x with a b550-f gaming wifi motherboard. According to available information, I should be able to activate SAM. It indicates it is not available. After troubleshooting, I updated my BIOS and was told to turn on two features: the 3d and resizable bar. But I don’t have an option to enable them—only disable or auto. I enabled one and set the other to auto. When I checked AMD software, it still shows unavailable.

I also updated my CPU and GPU drivers.

What else should I do to make this work?

For clarity, it's advisable to mention the BIOS version for your motherboard instead of saying "latest." Have you checked the Advanced section of your motherboard's BIOS? Regarding drivers, using DDU might help remove any remaining GPU driver files from your system. You can then manually install the newest driver from AMD's support site, running it as an administrator.

Here is the updated information:

The current update is Version 2803 dated 2022/04/29. That is the version that was uploaded. I will attempt to use DDU.
