Two hard drives featuring two access points
You're planning to add another 160GB SSD to your PC while keeping your existing 128GB SSD and 1TB HDD. Windows 10 is already running on the SSD, and you want to ensure that when you boot into the new 160GB HDD, your main storage remains unaffected. To keep everything separated, consider using a separate partition or logical volume for the new drive so that files stay on the original drives during the transition.
This program might modify your 1TB main HDD because it alters data or settings that affect how the drive stores information. If you don’t back up those changes, they could overwrite existing files or configurations.
Remove the second HDD from the boot sequence if you wish to skip formatting.
Avoid showing your 1tb HDD and SSD on your 160GB HDD by disabling them via Device Manager on your 160GB HDD. To keep Windows installations distinct, disconnect the other drives before installing on your 160GB HDD. This will allow the drive to boot but requires selecting it in BIOS each time you want to start from it.
