I don't understand this situation. After logging in, you see two Google Chrome shortcuts listed. How can that happen? If you attempt to create two items with the same name, it won't work. I tried it and noticed a "3" appears next to one of them. So how do there be two entries with identical names? And I don’t recall having a shortcut for either of them. I checked both, and both point to the correct Chrome executable: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe" and "C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe". One has a user account called "INTERACTIVE". I also don’t remember any gap between eDuke3d and Samsung Magican. I’m starting to worry my computer might be compromised.

Chrome needs more than just memory; it also requires space on the desktop! It seems there are files in places like C:\Users\Public\Desktop and C:\Users\You\Desktop.

You seem secure, but I’ll perform a free malware scan with Malwarebytes. This could be linked to recent profile updates—just a guess.
