I'm using a TLC 55Q750G connected to my PC, which supports 3840 x 2160 at 144Hz. Running 4K at 60Hz causes the screen to briefly disconnect every half minute before reconnecting. I've contacted customer support without success, but they suggested shutting down the PC and turning it back on. This method works inconsistently. It's really frustrating having to restart everything just to play Cuphead. Would appreciate any help finding a solution—I've been dealing with this for about a year now. Thanks!

Hey there! This forum sounds like a bit of a problem. Are there any other gadgets or screens that support 4K at 120Hz? If you do, try using the reliable cable mentioned—it might help confirm if your TV is truly faulty. It could take some effort to verify the issue.

I recently tested a new cable with another port, but it didn’t resolve the problem. Previously, connecting my laptop to the TV with a different cable also caused the same issue.
