I was watching TV yesterday and everything functioned properly. This morning I turned it on, and for some reason, the pixels beyond a line started moving erratically. There was no damage or issue with the screen. It occurs across all my HDMI connections and also when the startup logo appears during power-on. Should I consider replacing the device? I'm not sure what the TV is, but you've already tried turning it off and on repeatedly by pressing the power button.

I'm not sure about the TV you're referring to. Could you provide more details? If you think a factory reset might help, let me know!

I don’t recognize the device beyond knowing it’s a Sony Bravia. I’m unsure how to perform a factory reset, sorry about that.

Besides a factory reset, TVs usually don’t have many options unless they support USB updates, which is the only other chance I know of. That’s about it—sorry for the long explanation!
