Hi, I own a Leadtek Winfast BDA Gold TV Dongle that functions with my motherboards Gigabyte H61, ASUS H61, and Windows 7, 10, and 11. Recently I built a new PC with an Asrock H110 Pro BTC board, 8GB DDR4 RAM, a CPU of 4400, and an MSI 1GB graphics card. When I try to use the TV dongle, the Windows Blue screen appears and it restarts. After switching to Windows 10 & 11 and changing the graphics card, nothing has improved. The dongle still doesn’t work and Windows restarts when I play the app. Anyone have any suggestions or solutions? It’s really important for me to have the TV. Thanks a million!

Is this dingle quite ancient? It seems like it hasn't seen any drivers since at least 8.

The software was installed from a CD that came with it.

The CD driver isn't compatible with Windows 11, though it might work on Windows in theory

It seems you might need additional drivers to make this Dongle work properly.

Have you explored another USB port, such as 2.0 versus 3.0, or a different host controller?
