You're experiencing issues when Steam tries to launch with your AMD 7800X3D IGPU disabled. It seems the software isn't downloading or opening properly because of that setting. If you're using an NVIDIA graphics card instead, the problem might be related to AMD software compatibility. To resolve this, you could try downloading the software with your IGPU enabled or look for AMD-specific versions that support your GPU setup.

You might consider skipping Radeon Software since it’s not essential unless you plan to use the integrated GPU. It’s only useful if you ever need to restore your GPU after re-enabling it. Otherwise, leaving it installed isn’t necessary.

No known scenario where your GPU impacts Steam launch speed. It's not a recognized factor in the process.

I’m using a 7700x with the IGPU turned off. There’s no Radeon software installed since I’m using an Nvidia card. I have Ryzen Master for my CPU setup. Disabling the IGPU was necessary because MSI Afterburner was detecting it instead of my 4080.
