You want to remove the method of dragging a program from the Start Bar and closing it with a right-click. Is there a way to eliminate that feature? Also, I'm sorry for being late with fixing it.

The issue isn't clear to me. Your language is correct, but the explanation could be more detailed. I believe it's not feasible. The taskbar was created that way.
