I've been facing some trouble with my Windows 11 Bluetooth, so I purchased a TP link receiver to check if it would help. The issue I'm experiencing now is that I'm unsure which receiver to use as the default, so I want to turn off the current one and switch to the new one for testing Windows 11. The receiver I have is the one that came with my ASUS board—it also serves as a Wi-Fi repeater, which I don't use since it's already hardwired.

I can't adjust settings in the BIOS directly. Please check your device's manual or contact support for assistance.

You can turn it off via your UEFI settings. This is the most reliable method. Using Device Manager to disable it each time a new Windows version is released will cause it to be lost.
