I am not sure what is wrong, but I think it's about my bios. Every time I start a game and the screen turns off when the start menu opens, my tower fans go very loud. Even though I tried to set everything back to default in the bios, I keep getting the message "Overclocking failed please enter setup to re-configure your system." I don't want to overclock it; I just want to put everything on default. Also, when I first turn on my PC, an ASUS GPU TweakII Spec: p9x79 Pro i7-3930k CPU NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 program opens up while the screen is black.

It looks like some settings aren't set to the right numbers. That could be because of a bad BIOS chip, so check for an update or try flashing it back up.

This means your computer is sending a simple error message because certain settings aren't set the way they should be. It might mean your BIOS (the basic setup menu) is damaged or outdated. You could check for an update or try pressing F2 during restart to reset it, hoping that fixes the problem.
