On Windows 10 I've attempted various ways to resolve this issue, including disabling notifications and tweaking Regedit settings like setting ForegroundFlashCount to 0 and ForegroundLockTimeout to 0. However, none of these changes prevent the taskbar from appearing flashing on my other displays. The problem is consistent across three monitors, but it only works fine on the main one. I'm really frustrated because I have Autism and perfectionism OCD, and this is causing me a lot of stress. I would be grateful if someone could assist me in finding a solution. No matter how you approach it—programs, scripts, or anything else—I just want to avoid another annoying flashing taskbar when switching between apps. Thank you in advance for your help.
