Generally, it's a bad USB port. You should remove each one separately until the connection stops, identify the faulty one, and proceed accordingly.

It seems the connection worked fine until recently. Regardless of the method I tried, linking my Huion drawing tablet (type C) to my PC via USB caused issues.
