There’s a method for the liquid to enter from the advice. The PC is positioned under the desk. All components seem dry. I’ve also noted the monitor doesn’t illuminate after turning on, preventing access to BIOS. That’s not an issue with the monitor. Edit: I’m using a HDD.

Remove all RAM from the system and attempt to boot. If no error messages appear, the problem likely lies with the motherboard or CPU.

After waiting over half an hour without use, it suddenly turned on. I definitely want to upgrade it. Should I label this as a fix?
