Hello, I assembled my first PC after assisting my cousin a few weeks back. I received a TUF B550 motherboard with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth features, but connecting via Ethernet isn’t feasible. The computer started up properly and I was able to install Windows 10. However, the Wi-Fi connection isn’t working despite being enabled in BIOS, and the provided drivers from ASUS aren’t running. In Device Manager, there’s no Wi-Fi device listed. I saw a Reddit comment suggesting the motherboard could be faulty.

Always a chance, though it could also relate to the Wi-Fi card itself. This card is included with the motherboard, so an RMA would cover the entire board. Have you attempted to reinsert the Wi-Fi adapter? It resembles a micro PCIe card with antennas on the sides. Best of luck!
