I saved throttlestop after unlocking undervolting in my MSI bios, as the Intel XTU remained hidden. I lowered core and cache voltages to -100mV, yet errors still appear in the benchmark. Should I disregard them and push lower only until a blue screen shows, or should I cut back the undervolting further? Right now it’s around -80mV with no errors, but CPU temps during Warframe are between 75-80 and the heat is causing discomfort.

Avoid overlooking issues in the TS Bench test. These mistakes indicate your CPU isn't fully stable. For many 10th Gen mobile CPUs, the safe voltage drop is around -75 mV. Your chip likely matches that range. Consider setting it to -75 mV or -80 mV. Using -100 mV could eventually cause Windows corruption and force a reinstall. Please be careful not to lose critical data. Operating temperatures between 75°C and 80°C are typical for gaming laptops. Get an external keyboard to safeguard your hands.

This behavior is common and usually normal. FPS drops after long play sessions can happen due to various factors like background processes or system load. Your fans are likely expecting a high performance, but it's normal for performance to fluctuate. Make sure your laptop is functioning properly and consider checking for any updates or issues with the graphics settings.

Some laptops experience power limit throttling. Enable the ThrottleStop Log File feature to track CPU performance during gaming. After testing, close the game and then exit ThrottleStop to finalize the log file. Store it in your ThrottleStop / Logs folder. If you need an explanation, feel free to share one for your next post. Ensure the FIVR - Disable and Lock Turbo Power Limits option is selected to assist with throttling issues. Display screenshots of ThrottleStop to understand the setup better.
