I changed my G3258 chip from 3.2 Ghz up to 3.8 Ghz. The first core is at 3.8 Ghz, but the second core is set to 3.3 Ghz. It's totally normal for my speed to swing between 3.34 Ghz and 3.8 Ghz right now? Also, did I set the CPU Cache Ratio Max to 3.8 and Minimum to 30 correctly?

Don't those usually run at 4.5GHz or more? Because you have a different frequency set for 1 core versus 2 cores that are loaded together, the actual running speed changes depending on how many cores are being used.
