I recently put in an SSD and had to reinstall Windows. I didn’t remove the hard drive because I was just being lazy. Now I’m trying to open Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint. It seems I can’t access it if I’m booted from the SSD. Does that mean I can unplug the SSD, switch to an HDD, and then get into PowerPoint? Thanks in advance!

Ensure you're using only the necessary components connected to the old HDD. It might resolve the issue. Still unsure—why not test it?

Sure, I'll attempt that again. I'll let you know if it encounters any issues.

Missed an update, ended up reinstalling Windows. Everything was saved—we're fine.
