I achieved a stable 4.8 at 1.35 volts, but anything above that causes instability. I'm cautious about increasing core voltage beyond 1.4 for regular use unless you're certain it's safe. My setup includes a high-end custom loop from EKWB that cools both the motherboard and CPU, which might allow pushing to 1.4 volts or even higher.

Using my custom loop and delidding, I achieved an average of 7700k at 5.0Ghz, though it frequently drops to 1.416 volts with the LLC. The highest temperature recorded was 78°C (previously 91°C, which prompted the delidding), and the core still operates at 4.5Ghz if I remember correctly. The only stable benchmark I managed was with an uncore of 5Ghz once. Chips that run at 5.0Ghz with less than 1.4 volts appear rare. I haven’t explored 5.1Ghz yet, but it seems plausible. Everything seems to function well, so I’ve decided not to change anything further.
