Hey, I'm trying to make my CPU run faster like 3.4GHz for me. My CPU is the X3440 and my motherboard is the P7H55M-LX. Here are the settings I have: I changed BCLK to 180, then left everything else set to auto. I turned off C-State Tech, TurboMode Tech, meltdown protection, and spectre protection too. When I run, it goes up to 3.4GHz but then drops down to 1.6GHz again... when it's at 3.4GHz or when it's at 1.6GHz I need some help guys

BIOS Advanced BIOS Advanced Jumpfree Configuration Advanced CPU Configuration Sorry I'm still a newbie. I didn't know what these settings meant before. Just followed some advice from YouTube, but the motherboards are different so they have different options. I only changed the setting that I had. Really need help.
