Hi everyone, the goal is to turn on QoS, but it’s proving tricky. Based in Singapore, Singtel seems to restrict access to advanced network options. I’ve secured the support credentials, but the QoS configuration isn’t familiar. Screenshots are attached for reference, though I’m unsure if my approach is correct. I want to avoid disrupting the Wi-Fi setup. I have my MAC address and other details, but I’m not sure about the classification settings—like whether L2 or L3 criteria apply, or what to input under the classification result. I think port forwarding isn’t necessary for QoS, and I haven’t found many helpful guides. I noticed SExclude appears in the settings section, which is a bit confusing. Thanks for your help!
