Hey, I need you to forward ports for my Plex server. I'm using my Centurylink C4000XG modem and plugging my PC in there which runs the Plex server. Everything else on the network works fine it is just this PC that has a port forwarding problem. If I reset DNS or change my IP, internet will work but then after about 1 to 2 hours the connection stops working. I have to flush DNS and reset my IP address so it starts working again but it always cuts out like crazy. I have tried resetting everything and setting things up again with the same result. I am totally confused on how to fix this further not sure what I am missing any help would be super appreciated

First, turn off the router port forwarding. Then check what happens next.

I should have mentioned this before. After I fully reset all settings and ran the computer for two weeks without any problems, turning off the port forwarding made everything work fine. Now that I turned it back on, things start acting up again.

You need to tell me exactly which ports are open so I can help fix things better. Taking pictures of your router screen shows it clearly. Post some picture links from a place like Imgur instead of just pasting screenshots on the chat.

Why does Plex need port forwarding? It's not always necessary. Only if you want to access the internet from inside your home network. I can draw a picture of how everything connects. Just upload it to imgur.com and share the link here. Also, show me the output from ipconfig /all so we can see all my settings clearly.
