Hi, I’m trying to identify the desktop environment or distribution. It seems to be based on Ubuntu, but I’m not sure if it’s Ubuntu, Lubuntu, or another variant. Could you clarify? Also, the clock in the top right—what does it display?

It's not KDE Plasma, just a customized Xfce setup.

I don't know the exact steps, but you can usually transfer DE or a theme from XFCE to another distro by following the installation instructions for that specific distribution. Check their documentation or forums for guidance.

Get the distribution, save the theme, place it in a package for another distro, set up Xfce, and install the theme. No porting required.
