Hi, I’m trying to identify the desktop environment or distribution. It seems to be based on Ubuntu, but I’m not sure if it’s Ubuntu, Lubuntu, or another variant. Could you clarify? Also, the clock in the top right—what does it display?

I don't know the exact steps, but you can usually transfer DE or a theme from XFCE to another distro by following the installation instructions for that specific distribution. Check their documentation or forums for guidance.
