Hi, I'm trying to overclock my CPU but haven't found a reliable method. I have a Quad Core 4.2Ghz i7 7700K with an updated BIOS. My hardware setup includes the motherboard ASUS B150 Pro Gaming AURA, a graphics card ASUS GTX 1060 OC Edition 6GB, and 16GB of Corsair Vengeance DDR4 RAM. I'm looking for any advice or solutions to help me succeed.

Your attempt to overclock will fail since your motherboard doesn't support it. Pushing it too hard might damage it.

The overclock won't function since your motherboard doesn't support it. Trying to force it might damage the board.

Your overclock won't function since your motherboard doesn't support it. Forcing it might damage the board. Thank you for your reply; I assumed this might be true. Would this motherboard allow overclocking?

Appreciate your reply—I assumed that could be true. Does this motherboard allow overclocking?
Also, what cooler do you have for your CPU?
