Yeah, it actually starts up! I'm typing from the PC now. Still got a few questions—like my headset isn't linking to the USB-C dongle and I have some confusion about the HWINFO data. I'll create a separate thread for those.
For devices that don't function, visit the motherboard manufacturer's site to download drivers. Ideal drivers include USB, LAN, and audio. Also, it seems your RAM is in the incorrect slots, but as long as it operates at its rated speed, swapping them isn't necessary.
I also shared another update about it. XMP didn't help, but changing the RAM to A2 and B2 resolved the problem.
