Rather than purchasing games, consider investing in a GPU to enjoy modern titles. Otherwise, try using an emulator to experience classic systems. Have you played any Earthbound games? Mother 3 is quite solid. If you enjoy that, you might also like undertale on Steam. Cave story offers a charming experience with modest visuals. Hope this helps!

Risk of Rain is an engaging indie action platformer. I've invested 14 hours into it and found it very enjoyable. It appears to work with Integrated Graphics.
