Gaming has always been something I enjoy, and I want to share it with my girlfriend and friends who aren’t gamers. How can I show them how to play, whether on a console or PC? Just have fun and enjoy the games together.

She enjoys games that offer cooperative play, such as Cuphead, Don't Starve, or a co-op session in Horizon Zero Dawn. She prefers single-player experiences and avoids multiplayer situations.

If they show no interest at all, avoid pushing further; instead, acknowledge their choice.

I and my girlfriend enjoy playing CSGO Wingman mode. It's a 2v2 format that works great. You'll need two computers.

There are many cooperative titles available. If your partner prefers a more competitive vibe, you could suggest some real-time strategy games.

You can't push others into something; they either enjoy it or they won't.

I generally encounter individuals who aren't game enthusiasts but still appreciate competitive titles such as Rock Band, Guitar Hero, and Wii Sports releases.

It's quite accurate, I was quite unusual. I hadn't played any games for more than two decades, and my colleagues introduced me to CS:GO. Before that, I didn't really play much at all (Tomb Raider on PS2 was my last bit of gaming). Since then, I've become a dedicated PC gamer!
