Hey, I see the issue. When you restart or shut down your PC, this message appears. It’s not clear what it means, but it might be related to a system warning or error. Let me know if you need help fixing it on Windows 10 Pro.

Close non-essential programs one by one using the task manager before ending the system. This approach may work, though other methods could be more effective.

When issues arise, you can attempt several solutions. First, launch Task Manager, navigate to Startup settings, and disable any programs you suspect or prefer not to run at boot. Alternatively, use the search bar, type 'msconfig', select 'Services', and hide the section labeled 'Don't show Microsoft Services' by clicking the box. Adjusting these settings may resolve the problem, and it should appear after a restart.

check the list of active programs in Task Manager more carefully—it might take some time, but there isn’t an immediate fix. additionally, perform a complete system scan using Windows Defender; it’s possible a virus or malware is causing this problem.

I used eset nod32 and defender but got nothing; I’ll try using Task Manager to look for something.

It worked but I'm still unsure what that item was. Thanks, I missed checking msconfig.
